Notice

Regarding the registration process itself; you will have to register her first as a user of the Conftool system (where you will be asked to fill up contact information and to choose a user name and password) then, you will be requested to register her as a participant.

Once this is done, you will be able to choose which workshop and panels to attend as well as the means of payment (Credit card - Visa or MasterCard -, bank transfer and Cheque). There is also possibility to pay cash at the registration desk but it’s not accessible to the public. This is done upon request in the backoffice.

An invoice will be created automatically and you will receive a link to it through a confirmation e-mail but you will also be able to access it if you log in to Conftool.
